Are
you confused about niches? Then....
"How To End Your Confusion, Get Instant
Access To Everything You Should Know
About Niches &
Learn How Your Customer Wants To Be
Sold!"
From Patty Baldwin
Dear friend,
Are you struggling with
"The Niches Game?" Is the hype so
overwhelming that you feel totally out of sync?
Right when you are beginning to feel a bit comfortable
marketing online, do you now feel totally out of the
loop?
You aren't alone. Everywhere
you turn you are reading, "target this or target that," or "niches
equal riches." Yes, niche marketing is important.
However, before you buy one more expensive tool about selling to
niches, please read this message in it's entirety!
The truth of the matter is that
ALL marketing is niche marketing if you are doing it right!
In order to understand what I'm saying, let's step back in time.
Back in the olden days
Sometimes we get
so caught up in the "newness" of the internet that we forget
how business used to be conducted. I'm talking about
sales people who aren't afraid to admit that they sell stuff
for a living and actually go out in the world, meet people and
make sales. What a concept!
Have you ever heard the term,
"natural born salesman?" Or maybe it was, "she
could sell ice cubes to Eskimos?" There are people who
seem to have a natural talent for selling anything to
anyone. They have no trouble selling to a niche.
Learning how to sell anything
to anyone doesn't require a magic wand. Nor is
there any "divine intervention" that determines that one
person will become a success and another will fail.
But, for some reason, we
suddenly have this "niche marketing" craze. My point is
that good sales people have been selling to niches since
the days of King Solomon!
That's why I decided to put
together a private members-only site to reveal and show
you exactly what the
inside secrets and
tricks of the trade are that successful sales people
use every single day to sell and make obscene piles of cash!
Now you can take all those
expensive sales tools that you have to raise your search
engine ranking, write your web copy and finally put it to use
selling to people who want to be sold!
And how will I do this?
Well it sure isn't with the
same old stuff you get bombarded with every day. In
fact, I can honestly say that I haven't seen this offered on
the internet yet! Oh, it might be hinted at here and
there. Heck the term "niche marketing" is all over the
map.
Funny too, because
marketing
and sales are two different animals even though they are
thrown around loosely on the internet. But, that's a
story for later when we start our training tips.
Nope, I'm going to teach you
how successful sales people sell. And I'm going to teach
you the exact same techniques that I taught hundreds of other
sales people to use.
Why
should you listen to me?
Hi,
My name is Patty Baldwin. I was responsible for one of
the largest sales in the history of the Better Business Bureau
Membership Development Team. That membership sale was to
Lands End, maybe you've heard of it?
I also took a local, startup
community newspaper and increased their sales
by over 400% in
just 6 months!
I've trained hundreds of
sales people over the years and can honestly say that, "I've
been there and done that."
Take a look at what a few of
them have to say about my sales training:
|
Sue T.,
Oconomowoc, WI
"In my
sales career, which has spanned 35 years, I have
attended and taught many sales training classes. I
would say that Patty has captured the essence of what a
class should take away with them. Not only have I
learned the inner workings of the BBB, but my arsenal of
knowledge includes the years of Patty's experiences
doing what she does so well. Her approach to training
is easy to understand and creates the enthusiasm we all
need to make this a smashing success." |
| Tina, M., New
Mexico "All I can say
is WOW! What I have learned from you over the last week
of training just can't be expressed. Not only have you
taught me how to do my job, but what I have learned will carry
throughout my life. Many, many thanks!" |
|
Dave K., New
Berlin, WI
"The training
was very comprehensive and well-directed. Though I feel that
I have more to learn, I do have the tools to hit the ground
running. Having a small group was particularly enriching. It
was neat to see how, as the week unfolded, relationships were
developed. The pace of the training schedule was challenging,
but not exhaustive. Patty's real-life examples were very
helpful in illustrating and supporting the point you wanted to
impress upon us. I'm excited about being a part of the team.
You're a great role model and mentor to have. I look forward
to learning a lot from you. Lunch wasn't half-bad either!" |
|
Tom Z., Madison,
WI
"I was asking
for an opportunity when I originally interviewed within an
industry for which I have NO actual sales experience.
Opportunity has come knockin'! Whether it rains or shines, I
know this much is certain - I've absorbed more information in
one day of training during this week, than I ever would have
known my entire lifetime about communication skills in
general. The training was very in depth, informative and was
presented in a manner to where the brain had no choice but to
absorb. The relaxed atmosphere had a lot to do with this.
Excellent training session! Kudos!" |
What are you going to get from your
About Niches membership?
The first thing you
are going to learn is that
75% of what you have been taught about sales is wrong!
Let me ask you a quick question. If you were asked to
sell ice cubes to Eskimos could you do it? Most of you
probably answered no. And you are correct. But not for
the reason you think!
A good sales person
can sell anything to anybody, even ice cubes to Eskimos, if
they speak the language. Do you speak Inuit? If you do,
rush to head of the class!
You see, it has nothing to do with
the ice cubes.
It has nothing to do
with the weather.
It has everything to
do with the language! If you don't speak the language, you
are not going to make a sale. Period!
If you want to sell
those ice cubes or anything else, the first thing you have to know
is who your customer is. You have got to know:
-
What type of
business you wish to target
-
A complete
description of the business
-
What products
and services do they offer
-
What is the
source of their income
-
What type of
problems do they encounter
-
How do they
advertise
-
Define their
customers wants and needs
-
Learn to speak
the language of their business
-
What are their
needs
-
Word triggers
-
Who else is in
their niche
-
How and when to
approach
It's called
"research." You can spend hours upon hours learning everything
you need to know about a niche,
or you can
become one of the About Niches members and have the
information at your fingertips.
Let's say that you
design web sites and decided you wanted to target Architects.
If you aren't an architect, you probably don't know much about their
business other than they design buildings.
Remember, you want to
speak their language. You can spend hours, even days, learning
about architects, or with a couple of clicks you can have the
following:

Pretty terrific, huh?
About Niches
members have access to the same information for
over 340 different
types of business! And more are added every
month!
I think we now agree
that the more you know about your niche the easier it will be to hit
your target. About Niches will give you the edge to hit
that target. Let's take it one step further.
What if you could not
only hit the target but pretty much guarantee a bulls-eye?
Well you can!
How to sell to
people the way they WANT to be sold
Have you ever wondered
why sometimes your ad copy sells and other times it doesn't?
There are entire libraries written on just this subject. What
it boils down to is that you have been misled when it comes to ad
copy.
Some people like short
copy. Some like it long. Some people are moved by
emotionally charged messages and some people are not. How are
you supposed to do business in a digital world when you can't tell
the difference?
It is virtually
impossible to write advertising that will appeal to all people.
There is a very good reason for this fact. There are four
distinct "Buyer Styles" and they don't all buy for the same reasons.
Narrow your target
even further to specific buyer styles and you can expect an
exponential explosion in your business! About Niches
defines these Buyer Styles for you and goes one step beyond.
We take different categories of business each month and profile the
category to a specific Buyer Style.
We also create sample
messages specifically for that category of business that you can
adapt and use for your own product.
If you are looking for
"niches" you are in the right place. Let's recap what your
About Niches membership means to you:
-
Access to our growing
database of niche business reports
-
New reports added each
month
-
Business categories
profiled to Buyer Styles
-
Sample sales material
for specific categories and Buyer Styles
-
Our onsite monthly
newsletter and sales tips
-
Forum with Q and A,
post your topic and open for discussion
It really just doesn't get
any better than this.
Finally, you can sell to your customers the way they want to be
sold!
If you make one extra
sale of your product each month (and it will be much more than
that), you will completely cover the cost of your membership.
Are you ready to get started?
You can continue doing
what you have been doing and continue to get the same results.
Or, you can make the decision to master the art of selling to people
the way they want to be sold. Which will it be for you?
We hope you opt for success!
